Sabier builds bridges to the future for learners and teachers. We use tools from as many sources as possible to create pathways to knowledge and understanding.

The first incarnation of this site/organization was in 2002, which is of interest to maybe no one but me .  Back then the idea was to lend entire classrooms of equipment to individual teachers. IBM 380sx laptops were the preferred tool (because they were about $200 on the used market then, about where netbooks are today.)

Moodle hadn’t been launched much beyond Perth, then.  Interactive website were few and far between, and even less people thought computers were essential literacy tools.
